Many children in the Philippines struggle to get a proper education. Poor classroom conditions and the lack of school supplies only add to the problem. When they reach an age to work, most only go to school on Saturdays and work the rest of the week. These children cannot afford to spend their money on school supplies when it can go towards their next meal.
